What truly makes us unique is our people: our residents, their families and our staff. Below are written accounts from some of our own who help to make Meridian a great place to live.
"Many people you hear about that move into a nursing or retirement center become depressed because they believe their life will be diminished and that is true at some places. That couldn't be further from the truth for my 95-year old Uncle Charles. He loves it at Meridian Nursing & Rehabilitation. I believe his life is more fulfilled now that he has social connections, a caring staff of people he considers his friends and better food and nourishment than he ever provided for himself. He was at another facility and I was able to compare his care then to now. I know he is happier and has better care now that he is at Meridian."

"Having both my mother and father residing at Meridian for the past two years, I can say that it has been a comfort to know that they are in the best of care. I have comfort in knowing that if a situation arises which requires medical attention, it will be taken care of by a well-trained medical staff. The management at Meridian has always been helpful and has handled every need with professionalism and a caring attitude that I truly appreciate. Thanks to MNRC, I can rest assured that mom and dad are in the best of care, which is a great relief to all of our family.”

“We thought Dad was going to be bedridden for the rest of his life. But the Therapy Department worked diligently to help him regain strength and endurance. We were impressed on our very first visit. We like the spaciousness, friendliness of the staff, and they keep it very clean. Dad received the best gift at Meridian, his quality of life is back!”
